I know a lot of my followers are very new to Bitcoin and have been asking for information on how to Buy Bitcoin and how to send it. First off, don’t buy Bitcoin from exchanges like Binance because they are just giant casino’s that could go out of business any minute with your Bitcoin. Strike is a Bitcoin only app, which means they only sell Bitcoin and they have enabled the Bitcoin lighting network so you can send bitcoin to your cold storage wallet or other people for extremely low fees. Once you buy your Bitcoin on strike, get your Bitcoin off the app because it’s not officially yours until it’s in a cold storage wallet like a Trezor or Coldcard. Removing Bitcoin from an app or exchange is like withdrawing money from a bank, it’s the banks money until you take possession of it.

When you download the Strike app, you will need to undergo identity verification and link your bank account to the application. It's important to note that you cannot purchase Bitcoin using credit cards; instead, you can do so through direct deposits or authorized debit cards.
Buying Bitcoin
To deposit cash in the Strike app, you'll need to connect your bank account and choose the amount of cash you want to convert into Bitcoin. Click on the "deposit" option to select the specific amount of cash you wish to deposit.

After the cash has been successfully deposited into your account, you can proceed by clicking the "Buy" button. Then, enter the amount of Bitcoin you wish to purchase in dollars, and simply click "confirm." The confirmation page will display the current price of Bitcoin at which your purchase was executed.

Sending Bitcoin

Select Max or desired amount of Bitcoin you would like to send
If you don't need to send Bitcoin urgently, you can select the "flexible" option, which won't incur any transaction fees for sending Bitcoin. However, if you're in a hurry, you can choose the "priority" option, but be aware that it will come with higher transaction costs.
Review fees and select next
When sending Bitcoin, you have two options for inputting the destination address: you can either scan the QR code of the recipient's address, or you can copy and paste the Bitcoin address into the designated field. A valid Bitcoin address typically looks like this: bc1qj3036d7kxxsshw00k94aygx96jn7xhr4cfflxa
